Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 2, 2026 · Last updated: October 3, 2026
Who we are
This site is run by Twigglies Inc. (“Twigglies”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers twigglies.com and the Twigglies waitlist.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
- Emails you send us at a Twigglies address, including your name, address, the message, and any attachments.
- Basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, which our hosting provider records in server logs to run and protect the site.
- How you use the site, if you allow cookies: pages you visit, how you got here (for example a search or an ad), your device and browser, rough location based on your IP address, and whether you joined the waitlist. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel collect this. See “Cookies and analytics” below.
How we use it
- To send you launch news and product updates about Twigglies.
- To read and respond to messages you send us.
- To keep the site running, secure, and free of abuse.
- To understand how people find and use the site, and to measure and improve our ads, including showing Twigglies ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited the site.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site:
- Resend stores waitlist email addresses, sends our emails, and receives mail sent to Twigglies addresses, which is then forwarded to our team’s email accounts.
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps its server logs.
- Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) measures how the site is used.
- Meta (the Meta Pixel) measures our Facebook and Instagram ads and helps show them to people who visited the site.
We do not sell your email address or other contact details. If you accept cookies, Meta receives information about your visit (never your email address) for advertising. Some US state laws call this “sharing” for targeted advertising. You can opt out at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
Cookies and analytics
The first time you visit, we ask whether you accept cookies. If you choose Accept, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel set cookies on your device. If you choose Decline, they don’t, and we only keep the server logs described above. Visitors in the EU, UK and Switzerland start with these cookies off until they choose. You can change your answer any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Google and Meta handle this information under their own privacy policies.
Unsubscribing
You can leave the waitlist at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in any update email, or write to hello@twigglies.com and we will remove you.
Your choices
To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email hello@twigglies.com. We will reply as soon as we can.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as Decline.
Children's privacy
Twigglies is being designed for toddlers, but this site and the waitlist are meant for parents and other adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email hello@twigglies.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy as Twigglies grows, for example when we start selling. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also let waitlist members know by email.
