Terms of Service

These terms apply to twigglies.com, which is run by Twigglies Inc. (“Twigglies”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This site shares information about Twigglies, a toothbrush we are developing for toddlers, and lets you join a waitlist for launch news. Nothing on the site is medical or dental advice. Talk to your child’s dentist or doctor about their oral care.

Joining the waitlist is free. It is not a purchase or a pre-order, and it does not guarantee that a product will be available to you, or any particular price, features, or launch date. Any launch offer, such as a free Twigglies for early subscribers, will come with its own details and conditions when we announce it. You can leave the waitlist at any time.

How we handle your email address is described in our Privacy Policy.

Please do not:

• Sign up anyone else without their permission, or use a fake email address.
• Try to break, overload, or get unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Use the site for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive.
• Scrape or copy the site with automated tools, except for normal search indexing.

The Twigglies name, logo, illustrations, text, and design of this site belong to Twigglies Inc. You are welcome to view and share links to the site, but please do not copy, modify, or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not promise that it will always be available, error free, or up to date. Product details may change as we develop Twigglies.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Twigglies Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Some laws do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

We will update these terms as Twigglies grows, for example when we start selling. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after an update, the new terms apply.
